About Reylong
Rey Long Machinery Co., Ltd. has been building plastic and packaging machinery in Douliu City, Yunlin County, Taiwan for over twenty years. Our machines run on production floors in more than thirty countries.
The machines we build
We manufacture around twenty machine models. This site shows a deliberately narrow selection of them — the specialty machines where our engineering makes the clearest difference, rather than the whole catalogue:
- JLPTCSM-1300W — PP woven bag conversion line . printing, tubing, cutting and sewing in one continuous pass.
- JLRPM-6800BO/6C — 6-colour flexographic printing machine . six ceramic anilox stations for PP woven fabric.
- JL-L-2TZP600 — Multi-format pouch making machine . five pouch formats, full Panasonic servo control.
- JLECS-1000W — Eddy current separator . non-ferrous metal recovery for recycling lines.
- AI Machine Intelligence . edge vision and servo compensation retrofitted to existing lines.
If the model you need is not on this list, ask us — there is a good chance we build it and simply have not put it on the website.
Complete production lines
A woven bag plant needs more than the machines we build ourselves. Tape extrusion lines, circular looms and lamination equipment are supplied and integrated through our partner factories rather than manufactured in-house. We say so plainly because the distinction matters when you are choosing a supplier — and because we still take responsibility for specifying the line and making every stage work together, whoever built each machine.
Where our machines run
Rey Long equipment operates in factories across Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. We work with distributors and service partners in our main markets so that support does not depend on the distance to Taiwan.
After the machine ships
Every machine is delivered with full technical documentation, installation support and operator training. Most of our customers are running continuous, high-volume production, so what matters after commissioning is spare parts and someone who answers the phone — and that is what we organise around.
